In January 2024, several stakeholders from the Career Garden project sectors gathered to participate in the latest Learning Teaching and Training Activity, which took place in Austria, specifically in Styria. This event provided a valuable opportunity for professionals, teachers, school directors, and others to explore new perspectives and share their experiences in an enriching learning environment.
During this activity, participants were introduced to the initiative of the Talent Center at the WKO Steiermark organization. These center, dedicated to the development of professional skills, aim to train and support emerging talents in various fields.
An essential part of this event was the meeting with school administrators from two renowned schools in the fields of tourism and hospitality. This allowed participants to exchange ideas, share best practices, and discover new teaching methods.
Participants also had the opportunity to visit the company QUA, which is a specialized agency focusing on the evaluation and promotion of the quality of education and vocational training. They offer a range of services related to accreditation and consulting for schools and training institutions.
This event was also an opportunity for participants to refine the modules offered within the project. Through constructive discussions and shared experiences throughout the event, professionals were able to enhance their understanding of sector needs and contribute to the continuous improvement of the modules in The Career Garden program!
