Future Skills Forum: A look back at three inspiring days
The dissemination event of “The Career Garden” at the Future Skills Forum in March 2024 has come to a successful end, but the engaging discussions and impulses that arose during the event continue to resonate. With interactive workshops and captivating discussions, the three-day forum offered a unique insight into the future of the world of work.
A particular highlight was the introduction of “The Career Garden” project by the Room466 team and Jana Gerschler from Heinrich Schmid. Visitors were able to test the project’s innovative modules online via the WIFI screens and explore their own skills and career paths. Additionally, a specific workshop dedicated to the Career Garden project provided attendees with in-depth information and practical guidance.
The opening speech on the first day of the forum encouraged participants to fully utilize their talents and take their future into their own hands. This laid the foundation for two more days of exciting discussions and presentations.
Topics such as individualized career advice, sustainability in the world of work, and the role of artificial intelligence were the focus of the second day. Experts provided insights into innovative approaches to developing future skills.
The final day of the forum emphasized the importance of inclusive, digital, and social skills.
Effective communication in the digital era was emphasized as a key topic.
In total, over 150 participants took part in the three days, including a large number of experts who made the event an unforgettable experience.
Looking back at the Future Skills Forum gives us an optimistic view of the future and reinforces our commitment to promoting talent and driving innovation.
